Full-Time/35 hrs./1st Shift

RESPONSIBILITIES:        

  • Places job postings on job sites.  Monitors and maintains job postings and provides reporting on effectiveness with attracting qualified talent.
  • Collaborates with hiring managers on the development of pre-screening questions and proper workflow to increase efficiencies.
  • Screens job applicants for fit and qualifications prior to sending to hiring Managers/Directors.  Conducts pre-screening with qualified applicants and provides feedback and consultation to hiring manager(s).  Verifies required references and complies with the application of employment laws pertaining to screening and hiring practices.
  • Builds relationships with local schools and communities. Represents Life-Skills, Inc. at local career and transition fairs.  Creates a recruitment model with a primary focus on building and fostering networking opportunities.
  • Provides ongoing recruitment status reports, standard ADP reporting and ad hoc reports as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Experience with target population preferred.
  • Acceptable CORI, driving record, and fingerprint background checks.
