We are looking for people who will work together to:
Saturdays & Sundays 7 a.m.-11 p.m. with possibility for some overnights
1. Interviews individuals about current problems, medications, and allergies and reviews medical record for pertinent previous and current information.
2. Participates in individuals’ treatment regimen, including administering medications (under the supervision of a registered nurse).
3. Establishes and documents individuals’ treatment regimen under supervision of RN and implements treatment.
4. Performs routine immunizations, nebulizer treatments, and visual acuity testing, and administers and reads TB tests.
5. Maintains adequate inventory of supplies.
6. Participates in the orientation and training of new staff.

Requirements:
- Licensed LPN through the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing
- Experience with target population preferred
- Must be able to pass a CORI check, driving record check and fingerprinting
- Able to communicate professionally
