David started his career with Life-Skills, Inc. in 1995. His roles have included Residential Counselor, Behavior Specialist, Day Habilitation Program Manager, Compliance Director, and Day Habilitation Director. David currently provides compliance oversight to the agency while overseeing the North Central Day Habilitation programs. David has completed course work at Sonoma State University, CA and received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from South Dakota State University, SD and a Master’s degree in Non-Profit Management from Worcester State University, MA. David is also employed by The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities as a CARF Administrative and Program Surveyor. This position has allowed David to keep up on international human service standards while seeing best practice at other organizations.
