Roxanne Melanson joined Life-Skills, Inc. in 2005 in a direct care staff position. Roxanne worked in the human service field for many years in long term care facilities prior to working for Life-Skills, Inc.
After working as direct care staff for approximately two years, Roxanne was promoted to Case Manager, a position she held for ten years, working in all of the north central day programs. In 2017, Roxanne was promoted to Program Manager of the Greenfield Day Hab program, and in 2022 accepted the position of Director of Day Habilitation for north and south central locations.
Roxanne earned her Associates Degree in Human Services from Mount Wachusett Community College and is looking forward to continuing with her formal educational training.
