J. Thomas Amick

Tom Amick has worked in Human Services for 44 years. His career in human services is comprised of work in West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. He has worked in all aspects of supported work and competitive job placement, counseling, grant writing, community outreach, program development, staff training and supervision, and management.

Tom’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Science Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, both are from West Virginia University.

His leisure time is spent attending his grandsons and granddaughters sports activities, playing golf, and bass fishing. His interests also include painting in watercolors and oil, photography, woodworking, and College and NFL football.
