Jennifer Greenfield joined Life-Skills, Inc. as the Human Resources Director in 2019, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in the human resources field. She also served as an Independent Consultant to the agency prior to accepting the Human Resources Director position.
Jennifer previously worked as a Human Resources Manager for a financial services company in Providence, RI, where she strategized with senior leadership to evaluate and develop human resources policies and procedures in support of their corporate acquisition.
She has spent most of her career serving in strategic HR Business Partner, Manager, and Consulting roles in global, national, local, and family-owned businesses. She began her career in distribution, and has industry experience in manufacturing, software solutions, and financial services. Additionally, she worked for Randstad as a Recruiter and Sales Executive.
Jennifer specializes in Change Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Recruitment, Policy Development, and Rewards and Recognition. She is a certified Life Coach, has a BA from Framingham State University, and SMRM-CP certification.
