Lisa Morgan joined Life-Skills, Inc. in 1993 and has served in the nonprofit human services field for 35 years. Her career at Life-Skills, Inc. began in the residential programs where she held positions as Residential Counselor, Program Manager, and Residential Coordinator.
In 1999, Lisa took on the role of Program Manager of a day habilitation program and was promoted to Day Habilitation Program Coordinator in 2008. She has held her current position of Director of Day Habilitation for the South Central area programs since 2011.
She graduated from Worcester State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies and Psychology and earned a Master’s degree in Non-Profit Management from Worcester State University.
